First Twitter Related Murder Surfaced?

Reports of a twitter argument turned foul are surfacing all over the internet, with reports stating that the argument lead to a murder, which will have New York police potentially subpoenaing tweets in the investigation.
Jameg Blake is accused of shooting and killing Kwame Dancy, both 22, with a shotgun blast to the neck. Blake has pleaded not guilty to the charges. The argument started between the two turned heated, as the first tweet was sent to Blake, stating:
““N—–s is lookin for u don’t think I won’t give up ya address for a price betta chill asap!”
In addition, Blake’s own Twitter account has an incriminating tweet which simply states “R.I.P. Kwame”, which was posted on December 3rd.
Sources close to police report that the tweets could be subpoenaed to prove the theory of bad blood between the two former friends, which would strengthen the prosecution’s case against Blake.
